Terms and Conditions:

When booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. (Balance due 30 days before arrival.)

Our rates are based on 2 people sharing.

Rates for The Saloon:

• $95.00 per night. 
• $25.00 per night for additional guests over 2. 
• Additional charge for your pet (Dog), will be $10.00 per  night.

Rates for The Corral:

• $75.00 per night.
• $25.00 per night for additional guests over 2. 
• Additional charge for your pet (Dog), will be $10.00 per  night.

No smoking is allowed within the suites, although we have designated smoking areas.

1. Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
2. Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
3. A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10 per night will apply.
4. We have a quiet time policy from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
5. Children are allowed.
6. No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
